Mobile laboratory

 The museums mobile laboratory offers out-of-home classes in classrooms, study rooms, childrens corners, etc. The classes are thematic and are related to knowledge of nature and everyday life in the past and today, as well as to a certain traditional textile technique - felting, stamping, making hand cords, etc.

Each class consists of two parts - representative and practical. The first part is theoretical. Participants are introduced to the historical and scientific aspects of the topic. A museum specialist gives a presentation and performs demonstrations. The second part is a thematic workshop, in which participants make their own object, using the presented traditional techniques. All necessary tools and materials are provided by the museum. The made objects remain with their authors.
